Azeitão Wine Tour

Visit one of the richest wine regions near Lisbon, just 30 km south of Lisbon is the charming, and gorgeous village of Azeitão. This picturesque little village is home to some of the world’s oldest and most prestigious wineries, and the spectacular ‘Great Taste Award’ and DOP protected Azeitão raw sheep milk cheese, uniquely made with local cardoon thistle.

Azeitão is also known for it’s traditionally hand-made and painted tiles. We’ll also take you to a small working tile workshop, where tiles are still made everyday using a thousand year-old techniques.
